Job Description

  • Manage and administer our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with our marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Create compelling videos and visually appealing social media content, including static, reels, videos, and written copy.
  • Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and audience insights to optimize content performance.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and oversee the video production process, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production, to create high-quality videos for social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms and video content.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on social media management and video production.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe, Final Cut etc...).
  • Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and concise social media content.
  • Excellent visual storytelling abilities and an eye for aesthetics.
    Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Creative mindset and willingness to explore new ideas and trends in social media marketing.
