Job Description
1. Quality Control & Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for home and office furniture.
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to furniture manufacturing.
2. Process Improvement:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and track production quality metrics and report on performance.
3. Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and non-conformities.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with internal and external standards, including certifications where required (e.g., ISO).
4. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve product quality problems.
5. Training & Development:
- Train production and quality control staff on new processes, techniques, and quality standards.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, innovations, and regulations in furniture manufacturing.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, particularly in the home and office furniture industry.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
