- Control Customer claims and reflect into product quality through defining quality standards.
- Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer requirements.
- Train and guide service team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
- Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
- Control spare parts for SVC return and repair.
- Analyze customer feedback and ensure that products meet quality requirements.
- Improve field quality through activities and production process reflection.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in product Field Quality, After Sales Quality, SVC Quality.
Or similar field college interns
