Job Description
-Enhance productivity to achieve the highest quality standards
-Ensure that both internal and external inputs meet approved technical specifications.
Verify that products leaving the production area comply with quality and technical requirements
-Maintain a reference log for oils and finished products.
-Prepare production reports prior to item manufacturing.
-Define appropriate mixing ratios for various products.
-Establish a documented workflow for items included in the production plan.
-Prevent waste of returned products by integrating them into future production plans.
-Conduct technical tests on all supplied raw materials
Key Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties:
Supervise the quality of production lines both internally (in the factory) and externally (in case any products are manufactured outside the factory).
Conduct warehouse and retail inspections to verify product shelf life, assess storage conditions, and ensure proper handling of goods in accordance with approved quality standards.
Perform studies and tests on internal and external raw material imports (e.g., oil containers, alcohol, additives) to ensure compliance with approved technical specifications.
Responsible for preparing, organizing, and documenting all internal and external workflow files related to the Operations Department.
Inspect and evaluate incoming products and oils from branches to the warehouse, ensuring conformity with approved technical specifications.
Prepare production and manufacturing orders for all products made both in-house and by external facilities.
Conduct studies and tests on product mixing ratios to identify the most effective and highest quality blends.
Perform practical trials for the development and production of new product lines..
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field
-Very Good Knowledge in Microsoft (Excel, Word...)
-3+ years of experience in production quality control or manufacturing supervision
-Ability to conduct field inspections (factories, warehouses, retail outlets)
- Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in the FMCG, food manufacturing, or oil production industries
-Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or other quality certification standards
-Knowledge of production mixing ratios and formula development
-Practical experience in leading trials for new product development
