Job Description
- Assist the project manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business.
- Maintain an updated client, customer, contractor and supplier management system.
- Identify and rectify potential problems within specific projects.
- responsible for the management of workflow of the project.
- Responsible for the offline marketing activations.
- Manage data and coordinate communication between all responsible parties.
- Act as focal point for project.
- Solve problems and act proactively.
- Procure tools and equipment upon requests.
- Identify suppliers and compare prices.
- Monitor expenses and budget in line with the finance and accounts department.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.
- Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
