Job Description

  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Support the Sales team by taking full ownership of pipeline generation and closing as well as meeting the target requirements.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Delivery of Presentations, Deep dive conversations.
  • Delivery of solution artifacts; Bill of Materials, Quotes, and Other Solution documents.
  • Working closely with the engineering team to provide feedback from the field as well as the competition. 
  • Traveling to visit potential clients.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Managing end-to-end relationships with customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of past experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Previous experience selling to schools is preferred.
  • Previous experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) educational field is preferred.
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
