Job Description

  • In depth diagnose printers\plotters problems
  • Determine cause and Isolate problem.
  • Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
  • Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
  • Keeps customer updated to their cases.
  • Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff
  • The selected candidate will support Interact’s customers in Assiut and Upper Egypt governorates.

Job Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Must be a resident of Assiut governorate.
  • Printer Hardware diagnosis skills is a must
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to travel to all governorates in Egypt.
  • Gender: Male
