Job Description
- In depth diagnose printers\plotters problems
- Determine cause and Isolate problem.
- Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
- Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
- Keeps customer updated to their cases.
- Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff
- The selected candidate will support Interact’s customers in Assiut and Upper Egypt governorates.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Must be a resident of Assiut governorate.
- Printer Hardware diagnosis skills is a must
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to travel to all governorates in Egypt.
