Job Description

  • Participate in activities to support executives as needed.
  • Track and report on the progress of projects/initiatives
  • Provide data, reports and analyses to support the executives
  • Organize meetings of different types, which may include setting the agenda, gathering or developing documentation, and summarizing results.
  • Ensure communications between Leadership team are well-coordinated, timely and effective
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, maintained and current
  • Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Coordinating travel
  • Scheduling and managing calendars
  • Develop PowerPoint slide, creating reports and sometimes presenting them

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or any other related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Management/s administration or in a relevant role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Proven office management, administrative experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and oral Arabic and English
  • Exposure to ERP System is preferred
  • Analysis and Assessment
