Job Description
- Participate in activities to support executives as needed.
- Track and report on the progress of projects/initiatives
- Provide data, reports and analyses to support the executives
- Organize meetings of different types, which may include setting the agenda, gathering or developing documentation, and summarizing results.
- Ensure communications between Leadership team are well-coordinated, timely and effective
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, maintained and current
- Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
- Coordinating travel
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Develop PowerPoint slide, creating reports and sometimes presenting them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or any other related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Management/s administration or in a relevant role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proven office management, administrative experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and oral Arabic and English
- Exposure to ERP System is preferred
