About the Job

Participate in activities to support executives as needed.
Track and report on the progress of projects/initiatives
Provide data, reports and analyses to support the executives
Organize meetings of different types, which may include setting the agenda, gathering or developing documentation, and summarizing results.
Ensure communications between Leadership team are well-coordinated, timely and effective
Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, maintained and current
Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
Coordinating travel
Scheduling and managing calendars
Develop PowerPoint slide, creating reports and sometimes presenting them

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or any other related field
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Management/s administration or in a relevant role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Proven office management, administrative experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
Knowledge of business and management principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of written and oral Arabic and English
Exposure to ERP System is preferred
