Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volume recruitment, particularly e-commerce, education, technology or similar industries. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company’s rapid growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent in B2C telesales.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to improve employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring performance and improve processes.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of volume recruitment experience of B2C telesales agents .
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in Egypt.
- Previous experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
