Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients interested in real estate services and properties.
  • Understand client requirements and provide accurate information on available listings.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is a must  (UAE Market)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
