Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups or service confirmation.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Job Requirements

  • Residents of Nasr City and surrounding areas are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Age from 21 to 30 y
  • only single
