Job Description
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups or service confirmation.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Job Requirements
- Residents of Nasr City and surrounding areas are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
