Job Description

• Handling import & export processes: following-up incoming & outgoing shipments in cooperation with the various internal company departments
• Arranging & finalizing the banking documents required towards the clearance procedure
• Communicating with shipping & clearance companies to gain access to better & faster services at the lowest possible cost.
• Negotiating with local service providers to get the highest quality service at the lowest possible cost.
• Assisting the senior management fulfilling their tasks at the highest level required
• Managing the senior management office: welcoming visitors inside & outside the company, taking meeting minutes and preparing agendas, archiving the senior management folders and files, following through the maintenance procedures required 

Job Requirements

  • • Bachelor degree
  • • 7+ years’ of experience in managing imports / exports process logistics.
  • • Top management office management skills are required.
  • • Strong interpersonal skills: communication, management & negotiation skills.
  • • Ability to work under pressure & achieve required tasks
  • • Fluency in English is a must.
  • • MS Office knowledge is a must.
  • • Female – Veil is a must.
