Job Description

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors 
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts 
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit and achieve their targets

Job Requirements

  • BSc in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
  • 7:10 experience in key account management.
  • Excellent command of English “Speaking, Listening, Writing ”
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to build rapport with clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving.
