Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance and management of its vehicle fleet. The fleet includes approximately 25 school buses, in addition to administrative and service vehicles, as well as executive cars used by board members.
- Develop and implement preventive and scheduled maintenance plans for all fleet vehicles (buses and cars).
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with authorized service centers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular technical inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for each vehicle.
- Monitor spare parts consumption and develop effective procurement plans.
- Prepare periodic technical reports for management, detailing fleet condition and operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and applicable traffic regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of +6 years of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet management.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tracking software and report generation.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and perform under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license.
