Job Description
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel minivan engines.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate repair actions.
- Monitor and implement maintenance schedules and performance reports.
- Coordinate with technical teams and assign tasks based on fault priorities.
- Inspect spare parts and ensure they meet technical specifications.
- Prepare daily and weekly technical reports for the Maintenance Manager.
- Work on optimizing vehicle performance and minimizing downtime.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in diesel engine maintenance (preferably minivans or buses).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
