Job Description
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Manage all activities and campaign plans through the RACI (Responsibility, Accountability, Consulted and Informed) model.
- Contribute to quarterly reports on performance of Communications & Engagement activities, analyzes, marketing strategies based on target audiences, market research, to ensure marketing plan alignment.
- Seek and acquire new suppliers, advertising agencies, print and production houses, exhibitions and events, etc.
- Written brief to suppliers, present quotations and ideas related to marketing activities.
- Periodically visit our offline campaigns and check bill boards conditions and status.
- Meet with suppliers, arrange events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and report back to brand manager.
- Storage responsibility, distributing material, supervise, order, receive, and deliver according to business needs (exhibitions, brochures, booths, giveaways, etc..)
- Support all assigned tasks related to PR activities.
Job Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience (real-estate) is must.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
