Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing the teams, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure the delivery of the works to meet the schedule.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and other professionals and renegotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors when changes occur.
- Oversee and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project execution and ensure project goals are met.
- Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and potential issues.
- Implement robust project controls, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, project status, and financial metrics.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment among project teams and stakeholders, addressing conflicts and promoting effective communication.
- Participate in bid and proposal processes by providing project insights, estimates, and technical expertise.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement within project management processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Years of experience 20+years .
- Proven working experience in project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Previous experience in constriction companies .
