Job Description
- Oversee all stages of décor and fit-out projects including concept design, tendering, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, contractual requirements, and organizational strategy.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems.
- Prepare and approve time schedules, quality assurance plans, and procedural manuals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Drive digital transformation and innovative solutions in project management through the application of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Master’s Degree or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management, with a strong background in décor/fit-out projects.
- Proven record of successfully managing large-scale international projects.
- Certifications: PMP (Must).
- Technical skills: Knowledge of design and engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), plus awareness of digital technologies such as AI, Python, and automation tools.
- Multilingual: Arabic (Native), English (Fluent).
