Job Description
- Lead and supervise the cost control engineering team to ensure accurate project cost tracking and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and procedures for multiple construction projects.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Analyze project variances and prepare detailed cost reports for management review.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to validate cost estimates and control measures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation.
- Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and payment applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards in all cost control activities.
- Prepare and present regular cost status updates and risk assessments to senior management.
- Mentor and train junior cost control engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil /Arch Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of Experience in the construction
- Previous Experience in large Scale Construction Projects
- Familiarity with Cost Control Systems and Software
- Strong Leadership and team Management Skills
