Job Description
- Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement area sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective coverage of assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all outlets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective execution and team performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation for sales team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the area.
