Roles and responsibilities:implement, and maintain the organization's network security infrastructureand troubleshoot network equipment from, SIEM, Fortinet, Cisco, and other vendors to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability.network performance and troubleshoot network issues proactively to minimize downtime and optimize network performance.regular network assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and manage support escalations.and maintain network documentation, and standard operating procedures.in capacity planning and recommend enhancements to improve network performance and scalability.of networking, site-to-site, VPN Gateways.that the SOC team has access to all servers with the necessary permissions and promptly address any issues that arise.regular maintenance activities including updates, patches, and troubleshooting and backup to ensure optimal network operation.requirements:A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is required.1-3 years in cyber security, infrastructure or a related field.Certified.SOC Analyst such as: (CA) from EC-Council.Incident Management such as Incident Handler from EC-Council.in one of the SIEM tools (ExaBeam, Logrhythm, or Qradar).Skillscommunication skillssolving skillsThinkingLearning
