Job Description
- Perform site inspection.
- Perform engineering calculations, prepare materials and cost estimates.
- Preparation of bid specifications and construction design specifications for projects; prepare exhibits and reports.
- Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for construction team.
- Prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings.
- Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
- Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed and approved.
- set-up, modify, update, and maintain CAD standards; set-up and troubleshoot CAD computer stations for the configuration of CAD programs and file sharing, plotting, and third party programs; train staff in the use of AutoCAD and related software as necessary.
- Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work.
- Construction Shop Drawings and adjust with client’s needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Civil Engineering graduates.
- 5-7 years of experience in the same field.
- Knowledge of: Principles of civil engineering and design.
- Knowledge of drafting techniques, terminology, methods and instruments including computer aided design (CAD) technology. Materials, methods, and techniques of modern construction.
- Knowledge of engineering maps and records.
- Knowledge of construction plans and specifications, Survey principles and practices, Soils analysis and construction technology and building inspection. Techniques for development and maintenance of data archives and map libraries. Dedicated
