Job Description
Planning & Monitoring Process:
- Set service marketing plan to be included in the quarter campaigns, give recommendations for activities for each service and the strategy of each (content, materials, segmented target, etc.).
- Perform plan for Online activities for the Assigned Service.
- Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns, mainly Facebook, Instagram & Google.
- Execute and traffic Google Ad Manager.
- Writing engaging copy for adverts.
- Be updated with any emerging social behaviors, technologies, and Services that may enhance services performance.
- Implement appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to use in attaining Tadbeer customers and attracting new segments through activities and all tools of marketing available.
- Conducted for the assigned service; determine the stable, declining, progressing service against CAC/Lead/revenue, analyze the lead of each package /new vs. current customer, determine service utilization.
- Make sure call center process is supporting and aligned with the campaign goals whether promoting for service and agents are aware of the key words and trends for reservation and answering customers’ inquiries.
- Set Campaigns plan based on the analysis conducted supporting the stable/outstanding services and enhancing the performance of declining services based on the data concluded demonstrating the expected outcome of each marketing teams (digital, events, corporate) to ultimately reach the overall target.
- Determine the main services and topics for each campaign then to be executed by the marketing team (Digital, Events, Corporate).
- Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Attain key performance indicators and fix any errors during the campaign.
Operation Excellence Process:
- Assemble strategic insights into presentation materials for the top management.
- Coordinate with other departments with corrective actions and areas to develop for declining performance.
- Responsible for answering all inquiries regarding all prices & contracts (offers/packages/price list) in center whether by call center, events or marketing teams to make sure all information given are accurately delivered.
- plan for ad hocks campaign if it’s not included at the campaigns plan.
Customer Satisfaction Process:
- Support the center business through implementing customer-oriented strategy.
- Maintaining Tadbeer brand value and persona in all plans and strategies produced
- Support a strong B2C relationship with adopting the clients’ prospective for new opportunities.
- Innovation Process:
- Coordinate with Corporate team in creative corporate programs and activities to impress the clients.
- Provide proactively ideas and insights to increase the customer’s base with guidance of targeting customers.
- Identify new opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities in facilitate automated system to Maintain database of activities for follow up.
Job Requirements
- Previous Agency experience is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communications skills.
