Job Description
Main job duties and responsibilities:
1. Handel all customers complains and issues and ensure their rapid solution or escalate to Manager.
2. Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as taken actions.
3. Follow projects’ updates, collect important relevant information and communicate them to the customers in coordination with development departments.
4. Update customers’ database frequently.
5. Contact customers to collect any feedback or comments.
6. Issue letters to deliver to customers concerning the first contract.
7. Collect all customers’ feedback and comments to take any necessary actions.
8. Prepare all needed reports and submit to direct manager.
9. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
