Job Description

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Business or Education or Engineering
- Certified diploma in Education
- MBA Holding preferrable
- Schools' management experience
- Not less than 5 years' experience
- Experience in business management, planning and financial oversight
- Experience in personnel management, including hiring and supervision of employees
- Ability to multi-task in a diverse and fast-moving office setting
- Business Administration and/or Project Management Certificate
- Acquaintance with the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) landscape in Egypt.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing training institutions.
- Ability to formulate, implement and follow through Business Development Strategies.
- The ability to work both as a team member and independently
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with office computer hardware and software
