- Manage integrations with HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and other tools.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and cybersecurity for e-learning platforms.
2. Vendor & Resource Coordination
- Liaise with third-party e-learning vendors (Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning).
- Negotiate contracts with LMS providers, content developers, and tech support.
- Manage budgets for licenses, software, and training tools.
3. Process Optimization & Reporting
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for e-learning deployment.
- Track learner analytics, completion rates, and ROI using LMS dashboards.
- Generate reports for stakeholders on training effectiveness.
4. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with IT teams to ensure smooth LMS functionality.
- Support trainers and instructional designers with technical backend needs.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to align training with business goals.
5. Compliance & Accessibility
- Ensure e-learning materials meet accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
- Maintain records for audits and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Education Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in LMS administration, project management (PMP), or ITIL are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- LMS Administration (Moodle, Blackboard, Docebo, TalentLMS)
- SCORM/xAPI, HTML/CSS basics (for troubleshooting)
- Data Analytics (Power BI, Tableau, LMS reporting tools)
- IT & Cloud Systems (AWS, Azure for hosting LMS)
- Vendor Management & Procurement
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent project management (Agile, Lean methodologies)
- Communication & negotiation (for vendor contracts)
