Job Description

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-commerce sector, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities.

- Develop operational strategies and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, shipping carriers, and other vendors to ensure that service levels meet or exceed expectations. 

- Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce business, ensuring that processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product development to ensure that the e-commerce business is aligned with overall company goals.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.

- Develop and manage the e-commerce operations budget, including forecasting, expense management, and cost control.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field in the e-commerce industry.

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and platforms.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
