Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in alignment with client specifications and international standards.
• Supervise and coordinate all site quality control activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines.
• Monitor and inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with contract requirements, method statements, and approved ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections regularly to identify non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation, including test reports, material certificates, calibration records, and quality logs.
• Liaise with the Client’s QC/QA representatives, third-party inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality submissions, including method statements, quality control procedures, and inspection records.
• Lead and support the commissioning and performance testing stages, ensuring proper documentation and handover packages are prepared.
• Maintain a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system and manage root cause analysis and resolution processes.
• Train and mentor QC staff and ensure continual improvement across quality control functions.
• Coordinate with HSE, construction, and engineering teams to ensure a fully integrated quality management approach.
