Job Description

 Lead advanced maintenance strategies (TPM, 5’S) for optimal plant efficiency.
 Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with standards.
 Mentor and guide the team's daily operations.
 Manage spare parts inventory and optimize spare parts inventory for minimal downtime. and utilizing MRP.
 Follow up on the critical spare parts for the highly utilized equipment.
 Oversee root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
 Develop and execute mechanical maintenance plans (PM, PdM), and follow up on compliance.
 Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to fulfill maintenance
departments, business needs, and company plans.
 A Develop and manage the mechanical maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
 Collaborate with the maintenance manager on overall departmental strategy and initiatives.
 Develop and conduct training programs for the mechanical maintenance team.
 Leading the mechanical team for continuous improvement and project implementation.
 Establish and maintain relationships with equipment vendors for technical support and efficient procurement.
 Analyze equipment failure trends and implement solutions with the collaboration planning section.
 Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and maintenance activities.
 Identify alternative spare parts of the same quality to ensure uninterrupted production.
 Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven leadership experience (6+ years) in mechanical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing
environment.
 in-depth knowledge of advanced maintenance methodologies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
 excellent organizational and communication skills.
 Proficiency in data analysis tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
 strong project management skills.
 knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems relevant to feed mill operations.
 ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in industrial machinery.
 familiarity with quality control procedures related to feed production.
 proven ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve maintenance excellence.
