Job Description
- Handling both hiring and resignation process.
- informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules & working conditions.
- Onboard new employees and conducts orientations
- Assist and collaborate with HR teams for the effective talent acquisition process
- Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Job Requirements
- BA of English Commerce, Alexandria University, BA in Human Resources and Accounting
Arab Academy for Science Technology & Maritime Transport - Grade (not less than Good)
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Males only
- Military status: Finally exempted or completed
- Strong communication skills with a quantitative analysis-oriented mindset.
- Human Resources post graduate certificates is a plus
- Experience in Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Laws, and regulations is a huge plus!
- Highly motivated, active, and willing to learn.
- Perfect Command of English
- Alexandria Resident is a must.
