Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, providing support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in call center or customer service environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
Training period: 10 business days
Location: Alexandria - Smouha
Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts
Days off: rotational

Salary: 7,475 Basic gross + 1,300 Cost of Living Allowance gross + 1,500 KPIS gross after 3 months+ 700 Night & Overnight allowance
