Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing daily production results by lines
- Managing and coordinating the daily production plan, as well as monitoring
- Review and monitor production reports and prepare productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis).
- Direct production processes per line and prepare production schedules.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to implement maintenance schedules to avoid disrupting production targets.
- Recommend preventive maintenance initiatives to the maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision.
- Monitor waste rates, analyze production scrap root causes, and suggest means to reduce waste.
- Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring continued compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Company Safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Control Point (HACCP), requirements and all quality control and food safety policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Experience (2- 3) Years of Experience in The Same Position in FMCG Industry.
- Education: Bachelor of Agriculture or Bachelor of Engineering (Production Or Foods Department).
- Good Command of English language and Communication Skills.
- Good MS Office usage.
