Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.
• Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency, reduce changeovers, and meet customer requirements.
• Track and report key planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation based on production demand.
• Communicate plan changes and updates to relevant departments to ensure alignment.
• Identify planning issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints or delays.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of planning systems and processes (e.g., ERP/MRP).
• Prepare daily and weekly planning reports for management review.
