Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Consultant with a strong business background and technical expertise to lead the implementation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of CRM systems, hands-on experience and familiarity with CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
- Design CRM solutions tailored to clients’ business processes.
- Customize CRM modules to align with business workflows.
- Develop and implement automation workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
- Create user guides and documentation for clients.
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal writing.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Consultant or in a similar role.
- Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or SugarCRM is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL is an advantage.
- Knowledge of API usage for CRM integrations.
