CRM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Consultant with a strong business background and technical expertise to lead the implementation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of CRM systems, hands-on experience and familiarity with CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
• Design CRM solutions tailored to clients’ business processes.
• Customize CRM modules to align with business workflows.
• Develop and implement automation workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
• Create user guides and documentation for clients.
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal writing.
