Job Description
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical packages (BIM, AutoCAD).
- Develop BOQs and project specifications.
- Assist in project scheduling and create detailed Structure Shop Drawing using Revit Structure (Concrete and Steel) and ASD (AutoCAD Structural Detailing).
- Coordination and resolve technical issues between Disciplines.
- Perform regular updating of the BIM model.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years in technical office with expertise in Revit and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and BOQ/specification software.
- Excellent in using Revit, ASD, AutoCAD, Excel …
- Good Knowledge in quantity Surveying.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and standards.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
