Job Description
- Lead and manage steel construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, fabrication, procurement, and construction.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources specific to steel fabrication and installation.
- Review and approve structural steel drawings and technical documents for compliance with standards.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare project reports and updates for management and clients.
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with FMC’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- PMP or similar certification is an advantage but not a must
Experience:
- 5-7 years' experience in steel fabrication and erection projects, with exposure to project coordination, engineering, and client communication.
- Experience in handling both workshop fabrication and site erection activities.
