Job Description
- Assist in development and execution of marketing plans for assigned product managers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with sales team to provide training, promotional materials and implementing marketing activities.
- Monitor product managers performance and recommend strategies to optimize market share and profitability.
- Support the launch of new products and manage the lifecycle of existing ones.
- Analyze sales and market data to create reports and insights for decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Vet & Science.
- 2 Year of experience in the same position as a group product manager.
- Strong analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel and familiarity with CRM tools.
