Supply chain specialist - Pharma

Participate in discussions related to the relationship with partners and Scientific Offices. Coordinate with company executives, sales, marketing, RA and SC to monitor forecasts communicated, actual sales and profitability of products.

Duties:

1. Order management of Oasis commercial agency and Minapharm trading for the importation of finished products.

2. Order management of under license API international purchasing report as well participate in OP report to adjust issuing orders on time.

3. Assist in the negotiations related to commercial business terms including scientific, financial, and engineering aspects together with Minapharm respective experts. Contribute with operational reviews.

4. Assist in reviewing commercial contracts; follow up on the full cycle with concerned departments.

5. Assist in negotiations with business partners as well support supply chain activities.

6. Follow up with Finance /Logistic Departments to ensure consignments arrival in due time.

7. Follow up with inventory, sales and distribution departments to ensure stock level consistency and expiry dates.

8. Ensure licensor plan is fulfilled on time in coordination with demand planning.

9. Ensuring proper negotiation of the terms and conditions for partnerships.

10. Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to OTIF affecting sales value and distribution.

11. Participate in initiating and developing systems modifying the operation.
