Merchandiser

We are looking for a creative and motivated merchandiser to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, sourcing, developing, and delivering high-quality garments for our clients. You will also communicate with buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely production and shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to develop and execute merchandising strategies.
• Create and maintain product development plans, order sheets, costing sheets, and purchase orders.
• Source and negotiate with fabric, trim, and accessory suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are followed.
• Develop and monitor samples, lab dips, and approvals according to buyer requirements.
• Prepare and present product presentations, reports, and feedback to buyers and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and update merchandising files, records, and databases.
