- Make an average of 150- 200 effective calls per day. (An effective call is when the agent reaches the respondent, delivers the campaign message, and checks the respondent’s details are correct)
Job Requirements
- Enthusiasm: keeping the same enthusiasm from the 1st to the 100th call is key to success.
- Resilience: telemarketing is a numbers game and marathon more than a sprint
- Be energetic and lively: although you will be asked to follow a script: a key attribute is to sound like you are speaking naturally and not reading a script
- Listen: your respondent’s answers will help you keep control over the call.
