Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work to resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant telemarketing regulations.
Job Requirements
- must experience in the Saudi market is required
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
