Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell educational products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
