Job Description

2. JOB OBJECTIVE


 

Use research and analysis to improve our Websites (WUZZUF and Forasna) organic reach and ranking on search engines. Run campaigns and bids on the most popular and relevant keywords used in search engine queries, helping search engines and users find our products organically.


 

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


 

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
  • Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
  • Update and optimize content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with the content team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Do other job related tasks as required

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-6  years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Ability to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, MOZ)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
