Job Description

  • Handling all secretarial duties including mailing, filing, typing and other admin work.
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Format information for internal and external communication
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Manage a team of runners
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • 3-7 years of experience proven as an admin assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Very good English spoken & Written
