Job Description

Job Purpose:

A Finance Manager distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for support the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

The role provides Treasury, Procurement and Governance support to Xerox Egypt.  Ensuring compliance to procurement processes and driving banking consolidation utilizing banking solutions to improve operational efficiency.

KPI's - number of bank accounts; supplier consolidation; process compliance; cost savings delivered; intercompany balance reduction

Job Description:

  • Manage Banking consolidation and banking facilities selection; payments and currency operations.
  • Lead procurement process, working with GP to deliver supplier selection, negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and service requirements.
  • Manage, report and control compliance to Treasury & Procurement processes and policies.
  • Preparing and reporting of Treasury and various monthly packs; cashflow projections.
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
  • 8-12 Years experience ( min 3 years as a finance manager).
  • Multinational experience is a must.
  • Financial operations expert
  • SAP Experience is a must.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications including proven experience of working with Excel at an advanced level.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities, good team player.
  • Adaptable and flexible personality, able to handle multiple tasks and workloads, ability to priorities own work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and listening skills both in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
