Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Configuration: Configure out-of-the-box Dynamics CRM features to align with the organization's requirements. This includes setting up security roles, permissions, and data access rules.
• Troubleshooting: gather information about a given problem, identify the cause of the problem, and eventually implement a sustainable solution.
• Plugin Development: Write custom plugins using C# or .NET to extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM.
• Workflow Automation: Create and configure workflows and business process flows to automate repetitive tasks, approvals, and lead management processes.
• Integration: Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications, such as ERP software, marketing automation tools, or third-party databases, to ensure data consistency and flow.
• Support: Emergency and 24/7 support options available.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing, to verify that customizations and configurations work as intended.
Job Requirements
University Degree on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field of studies
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#
• Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE
• Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
• Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
• Ability to take business requirements
