Job Summary: The International Awards and Accreditations Specialist is responsible for managing the process of applying for and obtaining various awards, certifications, and accreditations on an international scale. This role involves researching eligibility criteria, preparing application materials, coordinating with relevant organizations, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for recognition and continuously improve the organization's reputation and credibility on a global level.


  1. Research and identify international awards, certifications, and accreditations relevant to the organization's industry and goals.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the eligibility criteria, application process, and requirements for each award or accreditation.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation, data, and evidence to support award applications.
  4. Prepare high-quality application materials, including written submissions, presentations, and supporting documentation, ensuring alignment with award criteria and objectives.
  5. Manage the submission process, including deadlines, communication with awarding bodies, and coordination of any required follow-up activities.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to awards and accreditations.
  7. Monitor and track the status of ongoing applications, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  8. Evaluate the impact of awards and accreditations on the organization's reputation, brand image, and market positioning.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, or a specific industry-related discipline is often required.
