Job Description
- Lead and manage daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets.
- Supervise and coach production teams to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to optimize performance.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing best practices and customer requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum age: 38 years.
- 7+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing is a must.
- Strong preference for candidates with injection molding (IM) experience.
- Prior experience working in IML (In-Mold Labeling) factories is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to production management.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Mansour
- Strong background in injection molding and blow molding (PET) is essential.
- Prior experience in IML (In-Mold Labeling) factories is a plus
