Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance/ control processes for low-voltage electrical products,
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Implement and improve quality control/ systems for plastic injection and extrusion manufacturing.
• Lead audits, conduct inspections, and collaborate with production teams to maintain excellence.
• Develop and enforce quality policies to optimize product performance and safety.
• Evaluate customer complaints, implement effective resolutions, and proactively enforce corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
