Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to help build and implement our internal production system from the ground up. You will be responsible for organizing the assembly process, creating and maintaining BOM (Bill of Materials) sheets for each product, supervising inventory control, and leading a small team to execute tasks with precision and consistency.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in operations or manufacturing and is eager to take ownership of a growing production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed BOM sheets for all products.
- Organize and manage inventory of raw materials and product components.
- Supervise the assembly process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Train team members on using the production sheets and workflow system.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Report on productivity, material consumption, and process improvement opportunities.
- Help build a culture of discipline, accountability, and efficiency on the floor.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production, operations, or workshop supervision.
- Solid knowledge of inventory tracking and stock management.
- Familiarity with BOM sheets and production documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) – ERP systems knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership mindset and ability to implement new systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to train others.
